Something special comes to the Coup d'eTat this Sunday.

Each Sunday, through September 7, FM94/9 presents "Joe Strummer's London Calling" -- an 8-part radio series Strummer hosted for the BBC.

It's "one man and his
eclectic record collection" and features many of the rock, reggae and folk artists that inspired the Clash (plus many surprises). Listen Sunday at 6pm on FM94/9.

Our listener-hosted Coup d'eTat returns Sunday, September 14.

 
coup d'e•tat - The sudden overthrow of a government

In January 2005, FM 94/9 staged our first Coup d'etat Weekend when a select group of  FM 94/9 Insiders took over the airwaves and played their own selection of songs for all to hear. Since then, we've pulled off several Coup d'etat weekends, and the Coup has become a regular part of the FM 94/9 programming lineup, returning every Sunday evening at 6:00 with Halloran playing host to artists, bands, and of course, FM 94/9 Insiders.
